Returns Policy

You may return any item purchased from Revolve Records, within 10 days of delivery, for a full refund if the item has obvious faults not described. Returns are not given for change of mind. All care is taken when packaging our items, we want you to receive your goods in the condition indicated. Please remember that you are buying second hand items, unless stated, that have been pre-owned so there may be signs of wear. We do our best to describe the items correctly, indicating all faults if any. Please view items properly as they are sold AS IS. If you are concerned about anything, sadly we suggest not purchasing. Return shipping is at purchasers cost.

Revolve Records will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged through the post.

Furniture will not be posted, collection is at the shop. Local delivery can be organised also, just call to discuss.

We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is as a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item etc.). Please contact Revolve Records.

We request all items are returned using ‘registered mail’ as we have to receive the item back before we can process your refund, credit or exchange.

Expect to receive your refund within one week of us receiving your return, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

In some cases the time for the bank to refund a credit card payment can vary (5-14 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Please Note: Do not try to return a different product than you have purchased, because we love and know our products like they are our own children!


We use Australia Post postal services.

Vintage items are calculated individually and sent according to your request, either by registered post or regular post.

We can ship to any address in the world. Please also note that the international shipping rates for all the items we sell are weight and size based.

If required, obtain your fast shipping quote by-entering your country and post/zip code. You will then be presented with a list of available shipping methods and the prices.
