The swiss special is our value alternative for our regular swiss brown customers. Again an ungraded mixture of open and closed button mushrooms in varying sizes, although tend to be smaller. As size tends to be smaller, they are a little milder than the larger opens and due ti air exposure last a little less than the swiss buttons, at around 4-5 days on average.
