A great value alternative to our size graded premium selections, the White Special is a ungraded mix of sizes and shapes as well as button and open mushrooms. Still of good quality, the white special gives our customers a budget option when assessing their mushrooming needs. These mushrooms last an average of 4-5 days refrigerated.
