The traditional oyster mushroom is the white/grey oyster mushroom and is mild in flavour. Renowned for absorbing flavours whilst adding its own subtle tones. Oysters (also known as Abalone) are great with seafood, chicken, stirfrys, and even make a great schnitzel substitute crumbed and battered and lightly fried.
