The strongest flavoured white mushrooms as they have been allowed to grow much larger and open either partially (cups) or full, or flattened out like a saucer (flats). They average between 8-13 cm in diameter and are full on in flavour, often used for baking, grilling or BBQing. Last 5-7 days in fridge.
