Often referred to as Portabello, these mushrooms are the strongest, richest and most robust of the white and brown mushrooms. Appearing in sizes 5-7 cm in diameter (medium) and 8-13 cm in diameter.

They are an intense mushroom flavour. Perfect for BBQ, roasting, pasta sauces and stirfrys. They are the pinnacle of the regular cultivated mushroom industry in Australia. Last 5-7 days in fridge.
